1. WHO MAY ENTER – This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States  who are 18 years of age or older on the date of entry. Employees, officers or agents of Moran Insurance (“Sponsor”) and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household of any officer, employee or agent are not eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER – Complete the electronic entry form located on the Moran website Moraninsurance.com. For purposes of these Sweepstakes, “receipt” of an entry occurs when Sponsor’s servers record the entry information resulting from the entrant clicking the submit button at the Sweepstakes portion of Sponsor’s website. In the alternative an entrant
may complete a 3×5 postcard with the entrant’s name, address and telephone number (including area code) and mail postage prepaid to:

Limit one entry per person. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or illegible entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
Sponsor is not responsible for any failure of the website during the Sweepstakes period.
4. ODDS OF WINNING – The actual odds of winning will depend upon the number of entries received for the Sweepstakes.
5. RANDOM DRAWING – The Sweepstakes will begin on April 1, 2011.There will be one winner. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all the entries received by June 30, 2012 and the winner will be announced within 24 hours of the drawing. Winners will be notified by telephone or if unavailable by telephone by mail. Decisions of the judges are final.
6. PRIZES – The prize is an Apple Gift Card valued at $200.

Only one prize will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or use of prizes awarded. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded.
7. CLAIMING PRIZE – All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. As a condition of winning the prize, the winner must complete and sign a statement of eligibility. If Sponsor is unable to contact winner and mail notification is returned as undeliverable winner shall forfeit prize and a new random drawing shall be conducted to determine an alternate winner.
8. PRIVACY – Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy which is found on the Sponsor’s website.
9. PRIZE WINNERS – The name of the winner will be available on the Sponsor’s website; the name of the winner or a copy of these rules may also be requested by sending a self addressed stamped envelope to:
