Tracy is an Account Manager in our Personal Insurance Department. She has over 26 years experience in the personal insurance industry & holds her license in both Property/Casualty and Life/Health. She obtained her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation in 2014, her CISR Elite designation in 2019 & her PLCS (Personal Lines Coverage Specialist) designation in 2025. In her free time, Tracy enjoys attending live music events w/ her husband & adult children, cheering on her nephews at various sporting events, volunteering at her local Elks lodge, completing home improvement projects & spending time with her family & friends.
