Time to Spring Clean Your Digital Life

Just like your home, your digital world needs a refresh. Clear out unused accounts, delete old files, and remove outdated information like saved credit cards or cloud documents you no longer need.
Update your devices—phones, computers, routers, smart TVs—with the latest software and delete unused apps.
Tune up your web browsers by clearing stored passwords and autofill data, and removing any you don’t use. Lock down your login by enabling multi-factor authentication, using strong, unique passwords, and considering a password manager.
Clean out your inbox and downloads, unsubscribe from newsletters you no longer read, and follow any retention guidelines for work files.
Refresh your online presence by updating your social media profiles, reviewing privacy settings, removing old posts, and trimming contacts or permissions you no longer need.
Back up your important files securely to the cloud or an external drive—just make sure you can restore them!
Finally, before disposing of old devices, wipe them completely or consult your IT team for secure disposal. A little digital spring cleaning goes a long way toward better performance, security, and peace of mind.

Earth Day is a global reminder that the health of our planet is in our hands. What began in 1970 as a grassroots movement for environmental reform has grown into a worldwide call to action. Each year, millions come together to clean up communities, plant trees, reduce waste, and raise awareness about the impact of climate change.
This Earth Day, take a moment to reflect on how small changes—like using reusable bags, conserving water, reducing single-use plastics, or supporting local environmental efforts—can lead to a healthier planet for generations to come. Together, our everyday actions make a difference.
Celebrate Earth Day this year at a Maryland State Park. Learn more about the events HERE!

We would love to hear what you think.
